Erik felt Robert pull away and then felt a pang of worry coarse through him. Had he said the wrong thing? Was he moving too fast for the Brit? The Swede wasn't sure so just looked down at his feet for a few moments before frowning slightly. Sometimes, it was so hard to gauge what Robert was thinking.

"I mean there is no rush to learn my language. It was just a thought is all."

Feeling slightly awkward, Erik wondered if he should follow Robert to the window and comfort him. What would Hunter say to him right now? Or Aarne? They had more experience with this sort of thing, didn't they? The young Swede felt out of his depth at times trying to date an older man but he didn't want to give up. His heart wouldn't let him.

"Do you want me to make us a hot cup of coffee? My last cup was cold because I left to join you in the shower."
