There's the bob of a large toothy head, as if the creature is agreeing with Molly. The Indoraptor is very proud of his stealth. While he can't camouflage and disappear the way his mother can, his dark scales are perfect for blending into any dimly-lit environment, so most of the food he hunts doesn't know he's there until his teeth are buried in.
He's pleased Molly doesn't seem to bothered by the fright.
The Indoraptor pauses, then churrs again in imitation of Infernal. He's very vocal when he wants to be - birdlike chirps and trills when he's happy, growls and hisses when he feels defensive or angry. With dinosaurs body language is as important as their equivalent of speech.
