"Sweetness is determined by how long you let the mead ferment and if you back add honey." Aarne fills in Isamu's discussion. "My family prefers higher alcohol content so there is less sweet and more acidity. You can honey already processed mead if you wanted it sweeter."

Aarne knew that Finnish wasn't the easiest language to pronounce. He had watched his bandmates struggle and they already spoke Nordic languages.

"Put the fruit under the sugar if you like sweeter." He busies himself digging into the dried reindeer meat. He's been picking at food all day.
