"It's always good to bring something to a party; your own or to share." His culture's push toward hospitality brings up a nervousness in Aarne when he realizes he can't share food with them but he can find other things. "Ziggy knows everyone."
It felt that way and this was just more proof that the statement was an accurate one. He frowns at the idea of the younger one having been in the hospital but he doesn't voice anything. Instead he gives her a full hug, either around the neck or just under the arms, whichever is convenient give their sizes.
"Are you interested in music too?" He asks the younger one as he lets go of the hug. The more he hears about them, the more it seems a family interest in music may be a thing. At least it started a conversation even if he had to check into it through texts.
"Mick's a good guy. Their drummer is here, Gilly, I saw him kissing on our singer, Hunter." The tone is teasing but genuine. The drummer and singer were a stable couple and good for each other. Anyone who knew them before could see it.
He shakes his head. "I've only been here a couple times before." Which means he hasn't met too many people yet but his eyes go between Soundwave and the blonde near the fire with a harp.
"Rik freaks out about strangers sometimes but if you get a chance you should talk to him. He plays ten instruments or anything you put in his hands. You should get him to jam with you but I don't think he has the Razor with him." Aarne is openly affectionate about Rik. They had, at one time unsuccessfully been a couple, but the closeness never faded. "Vars is here too. He's got a mean attitude on the surface but it's a lot of show sometimes."
Their bassist was a punk and he had the attitude, always, but looking pass the abrasiveness there was a good man there who would befriend most people over a drink. He did put so many off with his rebelliousness but he liked to irritate people sometimes and push at them. The rest of the band accepted it because it was playful, usually, in Vars' own way.
"I haven't seen Zack or Viktor, but Billy and Joe are here too." Of course Joe is and Howlback, unfortunately, had direct knowledge about why. Aarne laughs and shakes his head looking up at Howlback. "I'm sorry about the other night when you were parked."
He had to apologizes for it to clear the air, even if he didn't mention exactly what he was apologizing for to the others.
