He decides to move from his perch on the table and take one of the nearby chairs, instead. It's a peculiarity of Loki's that when he sits in a chair, he nearly always leans to the left, and rests his elbow on the arm of the chair. "I'm unable to visit my own world's Norway extensively, but I know the old stories haven't died, and some have been renewed. It pleases me to hear it."
...although, he's also aware there are some truly terrible people who claim Norse gods as their inspiration, as well. But he'll do this man the courtesy of not mentioning that.
