Intimidating or not, this was Rik's normal state from his upbringing. Strangers made him nervous in general but once he started talking and got to know a person he'd open up and calm.
"Thank you." He flushes pink across his pale cheeks. Of course it was Vars. He's not surprised at all to hear that was who had told this woman. He nods and then thinks better of hiding and shying away from her. This is a party after all. There's a force of will when he reaches over toward her to shake hands; confidence in his body language and fear in his eyes. Being a rockstar he had to learn how to put on a brave face more often than not, even when he wanted the crowds to leave.
"Østerbro, Copenhagen." He clarifies about the Dane part and then nods. Compared to his bandmates, his voice is quiet and soothing. "Rik Soeren. Guitarist, harpist..." He laughs nervously but keeps the game face. ".. whatever damned instrument Hunter decides to throw into a song."
Despite all the reluctant, shy and quiet exterior Rik is the prankster and troublemaker of the band, something Loki might intuitively pick up on through what is there to be seen on the surface.
