Loki chuckles softly at the kisses exchanged, bristling dropped at once. She does know well enough how a feminine man can get abused, or taken advantage of, but it seems clear that Aarne trusts this man, and there's no point trying to protect lovers from one another.
"I've been through Hel," she muses in response to the introduction. "It was more dull than fiery, but I suppose these things vary from universe to universe."
She can tell Joe isn't convinced, but he's being civil about it, and she's in no way offended. She's also not going to pretend not to be what she is, though!
"I'm the goddess of lies, mischief, and the outcast," she says. "I can do a number of things, and not all of them are nice. Rain isn't my providence, though. That's more Thor's field."
