"It's not for spending." Rik tells him before leaning into that kiss, slow, loving and enjoying Billy's presence in the moment. As they pull back, Rik takes the necklace out of Billy's hand to put it on the Brit.
"I know we're going to be separated again. I wanted you to have something to take home." Rik feels so nervous but also happy, maybe that's why it was so nerve wracking. This matters so much.
